ARIANNA WILSONcontact: arianna.wilson@rmit.edu.au Project Involvement Embedded Research within Architectural Practice Suburban Communities Arianna Wilson has been involved in several projects at SIAL, including how to turn your solar plexus into a terrorist, Skins of Intimate Distance, Vital Signs, Embedded Practice and Suburban Communities. In her previous role as Web Editor, she was part of the team which updated the appearance and functionality of the SIAL website and that established the new SIAL Sound Studios sister website, sound.sial.rmit.edu.au. She has also been part of the team for the Spectrum 01 and 02 concerts. Arianna is also a contributor to the Melbourne streetpress publication, Is Not Magazine, which can be seen stuck up on walls around Melbourne. Look out for it somewhere near you. She has also written for Mess + Noise, distributed free around the country and select international locals such as Tokyo, New York and L.A. every two months. In February 2005 she was invloved in organising the Curvitecture exhibition held at ember67 in Fitzroy. Curvitecture featured the work of recent Melbourne graduates in the fields of art and architecture and was curated by Dorian Farr. She is currently working at SIAL as a Research Assistant, Project Coordinator and Web Editor. | |||||||||||||||
