Jerome Frumar studied architecture in Sydney and Melbourne, finishing his undergraduate degree at RMIT in 2004. Since graduating he has worked in various roles, including conceptual design for Kovac Architecture, architectural acoustics adviser for the CitySounds 2 project, construction documentation for Darren Naftal Architects and a variety of collaborations with artists such as Callum Morton and Darren Sylvester. Currently Jerome is an architecture design tutor with the SIAL and has an ongoing academic relationship with the Digital Masters of Architecture program at UTS, Sydney.

With a specific interest in digital design process and fabrication potentials, Jerome has undertaken a personal project, attempting to re-scale some of his architectural design research to a more
manageable size in the form of jewellery. Genome jewellery will be exhibited at Metalab - Surrey Hills, Sydney from the 16th of June 2006 and Sherman Galleries - Paddington, Sydney from the 24th of June 2006.
